Choice Hotels in Ireland was established in 1998 when the International franchise was taken on and developed by Frankie Whelehan who is still the MD of the company.
Over the years the company has had as many as 22 hotel across all brands and toaday has 12. In the past 2 years concentration has focused on developing the Clarion brand primarily in overseas markets.
Today the 12 hotels are located in four regions throughout the island both North & South.
